Elva Guo is a successful Chinese entrepreneur, business owner, and one of the leading experts in China’s renewable energy and international real estate investments. Stefanie Weil is Associate Professor and Vice Dean at Antwerp Management School / the University of Antwerp. Before she started her academic career in 2007, she has worked as Managing Director in various consulting companies in Germany, France and the UK. Previous to her current posts, she held positions of research fellow at the Brussels Institute for Contemporary China Studies (BICCS) and was Head of Business Department and Associate Dean at the Vesalius College/Free University Brussels. Moreover, she has worked as research follow at Tong Ji University in Shanghai. She is specialized in international political economy and China’s foreign policies. She has published on comparative politics across China, European Union and the United States, lobbying in China, and comparative Western-Chinese political concepts.

In 2000, Dr. Deng Di started his career as the first Manager of the International Marketing Department of Sany Heavy Industry. In the following two decades, his career involved him in various industries — manufacturing, retail, media, business education, and management consulting. From this diverse experience, he developed a great interest in competitive strategies and the internationalization of enterprises and universities. As a practitioner, during the 10 years he worked as an Assistant Dean of the School of Management at Jinan University, Dr. Deng developed the first MBA program in mainland China that targets international students and historically created the first internationally recognized MBA program in Myanmar. As a researcher and consultant, in 2003, he began to study and work with the “Hidden Champions” in China, Germany, and Japan with the support of Professor Hermann Simon. The Hidden Champions Dr. Deng has served for or studied include Sany Heavy Industry, MYJ Holdings, Fotile Kitchen Appliance, Moris Chemical, Blickle Castors, Foehl Die Casting, Shabondama Soap, and many more. He was also a visiting scholar of the University of Trier in Germany, Nagoya University of Commerce and Business in Japan, and the University of South Carolina in the U.S.

Jane Zhu is a successful Chinese entrepreneur and Partner at DRHP, specializing on our international investments from 2015 on. Wang Yijie is a successful Chinese entrepreneur, business owner, and expert in industrial manufacturing and distribution in China. His business portfolio comprises multiple brands and sales and marketing channels on the domestic market. On an international scale, he engages in import and export business between Europe and China.
