Short Biography
Dr. Fabian Hänle is an Executive Board Member and Chief Sales Officer (CSO) of the globally active FATH Group, with group-wide P&L accountability for growth, transformation and strategy.
As CEO in China, he built the Chinese country organization of the global market leader Blickle from green field to market leadership (2013-2021).
He combines global Executive Board responsibility with hands-on CEO experience in China.
As part of his doctoral research on the internationalization of German and Chinese Hidden Champions, he conducted more than 100 interviews with owners and CEOs in China. Today, he teaches selectively as Adjunct Professor in Executive PhD programs at Antwerp Management School.
Fabian Hänle is married to a Chinese entrepreneur, is fluent in Mandarin, and brings deep cultural and business insight into China.
He is involved in high-level economic and industrial policy dialogue formats at head-of-state and ministerial level, including CEO forums by invitation of President Emmanuel Macron, German Federal Minister a.D. Anja Karliczek, as well as delegation meetings with Dr. Walter Döring and China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM).
